1. Sponsor:

The DJI NEO Drone Holiday Sweepstakes (“Promotion”) is sponsored by Geometrical, inc, located at 4336 El Camino Real, Irvine, CA, 92602 (“Sponsor”).

2. Eligibility:

This Promotion is open only to legal residents of the United States, United Kingdom, and Canada (excluding Quebec) who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, contractors, and agents of the Sponsor, their immediate families, and anyone living in the same household are not eligible to participate. Void where prohibited or restricted by law.

3. Promotion Period:

The Promotion begins on November 29, 2024 at 12:00 AM PST and ends on December 16th, 2024 at 11:59 PM PST (“Promotion Period”). All entries must be submitted by the end of the Promotion Period.

4. How to Enter:

No purchase is necessary to enter or win. To participate:

• Comment on the official sweepstakes post on pinned Instagram post during the Promotion Period, tagging a friend.

• No limit to entry per person.

By commenting, you agree to these Official Rules.

5. Prize:

One (1) winner will receive a DJI NEO Drone (Approximate Retail Value: $179 USD). The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other substitute. The Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable.

6. Winner Selection and Notification:

The winner will be selected on or about December 17, 2024, through a random drawing conducted by the Sponsor or its designated agent from all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period.

The winner will be notified via direct message or reply to comment on the platform where they entered within 24 hours. The winner must respond within 24 hours of notification and provide their full name, mailing address, and any additional information required to ship the prize. Failure to respond within the designated time may result in forfeiture of the prize, and an alternate winner may be selected.

7. Publicity:

By entering, participants agree to allow the Sponsor to use their name, likeness, and entry for promotional purposes without additional compensation, except where prohibited by law.

8. Privacy:

Personal data collected during the Promotion will be handled in accordance with the Sponsor’s Privacy Policy.

10. General Conditions:

• The Sponsor reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the Promotion if technical or other factors compromise the integrity of the Promotion.

• The Sponsor’s decisions regarding all aspects of the Promotion are final and binding.

11. Limitation of Liability:

By participating, entrants agree to release the Sponsor, its affiliates, and any social media platforms used for the Promotion from any liability arising from participation in the Promotion or the receipt or use of the prize, except where prohibited by law.

12. Disputes:

Any disputes arising under these Official Rules will be governed by the laws of the State of California, USA, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.

This Promotion is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Meta or Instagram or Facebook. All questions, comments, or complaints about the Promotion should be directed to the Sponsor, not the platform.
